Emily joined the GrandView team in February 2016 and is well versed in all aspects of the company’s operations. In her current position as Director of Resource Optimization, Emily liaises with the directors of maintenance, operations, sales and chief pilots to optimize crew and team schedule accuracy and efficiency to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. For 3 years prior to her recent promotion, she was Operations Manager where she hired, trained and helped build the operations control center team of flight followers and trip service specialists.

When Emily started at GrandView Aviation, the small start-up operator had recently acquired its first Phenom 300 and she performed many functions including sales, customer service, operations, marketing, trade shows, and helped develop relationships with other operators so GrandView could serve their overflow customers in an executive management operator capacity. She attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and The Greater Washington (DC) Business Aviation Association (GWBAA) where she received the NBAA Scheduler & Licensed Dispatcher Safety Award for over 3 years of service with no incidents.
