Operations Manager

In Sarah’s role as Operations Manager, she directs GrandView’s Operations Control Center (OCC) responsible for training, coaching and leading a team of Flight Followers and Dispatchers and provides support to OCC Supervisors who schedule flights and flight crewmembers. She and her team monitor all flight activity and flight locating and intervenes when necessary to ensure an effective and efficient operation. She oversees the team’s entry of flight logs, expense reports, crew rest and duty entry and tracking and cultivates a culture of safety, exceptional customer service and critical thinking throughout the team. Sarah started with GrandView’s former company in 2015, then in 2018 started as a sales rep before moving to Operations in 2020. She was promoted to Operations Manager in 2022. Prior to GrandView, Sarah started in aviation in 2011 working for Brett Aviation at Martin State Airport
